Sheprott K-9 Security Inc. personnel are always required to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Guards are dressed in well-tailored and properly fitted uniforms. 

     All Sheprott security officers are licensed with the Ministry of the Solicitor General.  Extensive training includes, but is not limited to:  The Security Guard Act., Trespass Act, Search & Seizure, Powers of Arrest, Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations, Criminal code of Canada, Ministry of the Environment Regulation 347, WHIMIS, Smart Serve, Crisis Management, PR-24 Side Handle Baton, Compliant & Non-Compliant Handcuffing, K-9 Handling, First Aid & CPR etc.
